As the Lead Warehouse Team Member – Training, you will own a critical element of onboarding for new warehouse team members in the Chick-fil-A Supply Market Distribution Center (MDC) in St Louis, MO. You will be responsible for driving all aspects of training for experienced team members to include PIT training, cross training, efficiency coaching, certification and recertification, etc. Additional responsibilities include partnering with building leadership to evaluate and refine existing training programs, build training for new processes and initiatives, monitor and impact training effectiveness, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
