The Sr. Lead Advisor will play an instrumental role in providing critical insight and infrastructure to diversity, equity and inclusion programming. This person will partner closely with the Bay Center Food, Chick-fil-A Supply Leadership Team, Learning & Development, Culture Councils, Chick-fil-A, Inc. DE&I and the Chick-fil-A Supply Talent Director to help create a comprehensive strategy and implement new programs, content, and initiatives for the business as we work to more fully live out our Purpose and fulfill our Shared Vision.


  • Lead and assist in the creation of DE&I programs, content and activities based on leadership feedback and alignment
  • Develop, manage and communicate the DE&I project schedule and ensure on-time implementation
  • Ensure efficient and appropriate communication to key stakeholders (Chick-fil-A Supply Officers & Senior Leadership Team, Bay Center Foods, Chick-fil-A, Inc. DE&I Program office) working closely with Chick-fil-A Supply Staff Communications
  • Represent the DE&I work and programming across the Chick-fil-A Supply in both formal and informal cross-functional interactions
  • Partner with Chick-fil-A Supply Learning & Development to support content creation and execution across Chick-fil-A Supply VBLs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on DE&I for Chick-fil-A Supply VBLs
  • Recommend and present content to cross-functional partners ensuring alignment to the DE&I strategy
  • Coordinate with departmental representatives, Distribution Centers and Culture Councils offering consultative support, resources, mentoring, guidance and coaching
  • Other duties as may be assigned as needs arise

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience leading diversity, equity and inclusion strategies
  • Experience supporting DEI efforts in a distribution or manufacturing center environment
  • Experience leading projects with varying degrees of complexity and scale
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for creating a culture that values Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (day and overnight trips
  • Must be self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 + years experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or call center environment
  • Food service distribution experience
  • Experience with varying degrees of change management
  • Experience creating and leading presentations for a broad range of audiences
