Overview

Chick-fil-A Supply is hiring a Transportation Network Planning Analyst to support our growing network. This person will have a leading role in the design and implementation of Chick-fil-A’s North American store delivery network. Using the Blue Yonder Transportation Management System suite of tools, this role will establish a dynamic route optimization model that, in the years ahead, can drive insight across our network, identify efficient resource allocation, and help craft the future of transportation and delivery for a thirty-billion dollar company.

As the CFA Supply’s scope expands, this role will grow with it. This role will have a significant impact on the efficiency and profitability of the company. It will require the staff member to utilize a diverse range of skills and experiences in the overall support of company operations and requires a high degree of independence in the execution of these responsibilities. Successful candidates will be able to lead, analyze, and communicate strategic planning efforts.

To succeed, you must be a creative problem solver and insist on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance. Although the ideal candidate will have experience with transportation management systems and network optimization, there is no expectation they will be an expert. This role is open to individuals with other backgrounds who have demonstrated excellence in creative problem solving, analysis and a willingness to learn. The systems we own are responsible for delivering the food and packaging needed by restaurant Operators to serve millions of customers every day. You will generate and leverage tools to design our network and accompanying TMS in a way that best meets our business goals.
