The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support in the critical areas of Financial Planning and Enterprise Analytics for Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods. This role will focus on understanding the needs of the business and helping to develop the strategy and financial modeling aligned with its objectives, coordinating with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create solutions, defining, and providing performance goals and metrics, and creating/driving internal processes and systems to ensure appropriate due diligence is applied to business decisions.

• Distribution Center – State-of-the-art warehouses that house supply for Chick-fil-A restaurants
• Transportation – Growing fleet of delivery vehicles that supply Chick-fil-A restaurants

• Conduct root-cause analysis on monthly Cost of Goods Sold for Chick-fil-A Supply distribution centers and Bay Center Foods manufacturing operations
• Deep dive item-level profitability to understand trends and outliers
• Partner with technical support and accounting teams to ensure item level costing report is validated and accurately ties back to P&L
• Partner with parent organization’s shared services team to deliver financial support for the entity
• Manage financial aspects of the business with a focus on financial sustainability of both the entity and the larger enterprise
• Conduct analyses in support of FP&A for multiple Chick-fil-A Supply distribution centers and Bay Center
• Assist with enhancements and maintenance of the financial model for our multi-site network
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, variance analysis, and othersupplemental reports
• Obtain a solid working knowledge of the primary drivers of pricing and their impact on Cost of Goods Sold
• Work cross-functionally across the organization to prepare monthly variance analysis commentary
• Work with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams to maintain and update chart of accounts and expense mapping as business needs and reporting evolve
• Assist with the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for multiple centers
• Identify key business trends through benchmarking, KPI tracking and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree, Finance or Business-related field
• 4+ years relevant business experience
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills
• FP&A Experience in a multi-location organization
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP Systems

• MBA
