This role is responsible for leading the Restaurant Service (RS) and Transportation Backend DevOps team for the supply chain vertical business lines (VBL’s).
This highly productive team delivers releases in an agile fashion to continuously improve existing functionality and delivery new functionality. This is a DevOps team, so the team provides 24/7 on call operational support for all developed solutions. The leader of this will need ensure the team designs for failure and intensely root cause and fix issues to ensure the operational load stays low on the team as the system load and complexity increases.
This team works closely with multiple business partners, product owners, designers, and front-end engineering teams to create and support impactful products.

Note - Working in a DevOps model, this opportunity includes both building and running solutions that could require off hours support. This support is shared amongst the team members to cover weekends and weeknights. The goal is to design for failure and, using cloud-native infrastructure patterns, automate responses to possible issues so they can be worked during normal hours.
