As the Implementation Transportation Trainer, you will own a critical element of onboarding for new drivers and navigators in new and existing facilities. You will also be responsible for driving all aspects of training for new and occasionally experienced drivers to include PACE and other safety training, efficiency coaching, certification and recertification, etc. Additional responsibilities include partnering with the implementation team to evaluate and refine existing training programs, build training for new processes and initiatives, monitor and impact training effectiveness, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned in locations as needed. You will also be occasionally called upon to support our growing network in contingency operations, supporting our partners and our own distribution centers in exceptional times.
Reporting to an Implementation Transportation Project Leader, this role will require regular and consistent travel, generally on a weekly basis, on or over a weekend and/or holidays at times, to the various locations of new facilities or markets in need of support. The work could take place during the day or overnight, as required.
