The General Manager (GM) will serve as the leader of supply chain operations at the at the new Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in San Antonio, Texas. This individual will be responsible for executing safe and effective operations that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. The GM will lead a workforce responsible for distributing millions of cases of inventory annually to Chick-fil-A Operators throughout the southwest. This individual will act as a liaison between Chick-fil-A Supply leadership and the DC. The GM will drive the operations of the distribution center. Most importantly, this person will lead in a way that supports Chick-fil-A’s vision and strategy while embodying the corporate purpose.
This position requires a leader who can call upon a diverse range of skills and experiences to support overall operations. The role is highly interdependent with the other divisions of the distribution center and Chick-fil-A Supply Services, requiring the GM to foster relationships with a wide range of people to execute their responsibilities. The GM will work closely with Chick-fil-A Supply’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and DC leaders to continually improve the operation’s performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective supply chain management methods and strategies. The Facility Maintenance Lead reports to the Facility Maintenance Manager and works in alignment with the Facility Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians in the day-to-day operations of maintaining the CFA Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Hutchins, TX. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing the maintenance program for the site throughout the new facility implementation. Once the site is up and running, this role will be responsible for supporting the site Maintenance Manager in managing the day-to-day maintenance activities, including trouble-shooting complex problems, managing third-party facilities management providers, and leading the maintenance team operations. This role will work closely with site leadership, operations team members, truck drivers, equipment operators, etc., in addition to the Safety, Quality, and Compliance Lead, to ensure the mission of the DC is fulfilled.

As the Lead Warehouse Team Member, you will own a set of critical tasks and functions as part of the daily execution of warehouse work and training. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for managing workflows across the facility, planning labor, moving resources, interacting with inbound carriers, administrating work in our various systems, and generally managing the daily operation.
