The Talent Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the talent team at the Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Hutchins, Texas, ensuring a workforce that can meet the demands of the DC. The Talent Specialist will also contribute to the overall functioning of the reward and benefit systems to help meet broader organizational goals. The Talent Specialist will engage with stakeholders to facilitate daily human resources transactions, including tracking employee records, supporting the recruitment/interview process, managing the new hire onboarding process, contributing to the administration of the reward and benefit systems, and collaborating with the Talent Leader and the Chick-fil-A Supply leadership team to drive the talent strategy and culture within the DC. The Talent Leader will report to the General Manager (GM) and oversee the day-to-day operations of the human resources team at the new Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Hutchins, Texas. This individual will help lead a workforce responsible for distributing millions of cases of inventory annually to Chick-fil-A Operators throughout the southwest. The Talent Leader will ensure that the workforce can meet the demands of the DC, working closely with Chick-fil-A Supply Talent leadership and other distribution centers to drive the talent strategy at the DC. Supported by the Talent Specialist(s), the Talent Leader will manage reward and benefit systems to help meet broader organizational goals. This person will help drive continued innovation at an operation like no other in the food service industry, by focusing specifically on the engagement and development of the workforce. This role will be uniquely challenged with their participation in the stand up of a brand-new DC and the testing and refinement of a new facility implementation playbook to assist in the stand up of future facilities.Most importantly, the Talent Leader will lead in a way that supports Chick-fil-A’s vision and strategy while embodying the corporate purpose.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will serve as a leader of supply chain operations at the new Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Hutchins, Texas. This individual, in collaboration with other leaders, will be responsible for executing safe and effective operations that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), this person will help lead an eventual workforce of ~300 people distributing millions of cases of inventory annually to Chick-fil-A Operators throughout the southwest. The AGM will help drive the operations of the distribution center, which will be the first CFA Supply DC to include cold storage operations and an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), and will enable supply chain innovation unique to the food service industry. Most importantly, this person will lead in a way that supports Chick-fil-A’s vision and strategy while embodying the corporate purpose.
This position requires a leader who can call upon a diverse range of skills and experiences to support overall operations. The role is highly interdependent with the other divisions of the distribution center and Chick-fil-A Supply Services, requiring the AGM to foster relationships with a wide range of people to execute their responsibilities. The AGM will work closely with Chick-fil-A Supply’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and DC Leaders to continually improve the operation’s performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective supply chain management methods and strategies. This calls for a dynamic leader who has a heart for service and compassion coupled with a mind for effectively supporting the management of the business. The Sr Oracle SCM Technical Architect is the Technical System Owner of the Oracle ERP system (Finance, EPM, Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Order Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing) with responsibility for data flows, integrations, configuration and technical support for Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and Offsite Thawing Pilot. This person is responsible for partnering with each Business to define, document and consult on technical requirements to support daily Operations and enable future growth of each Business.

As a navigator, you will be responsible for supporting and partnering with drivers at the Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center in Mebane, NC to provide excellent delivery service to restaurants. You will help with unloading the truck, delivering and organizing food, navigation to each destination, completing delivery logs and sharing opportunities for process improvement. As a navigator, you will be a crucial part of a team innovating ways to better serve Chick-fil-A® restaurants and Operators. You will report to the transportation supervisor and collaborate with the transportation team to provide the driver with up-to-date route, schedule and delivery instructions.
