The Facility Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Facility Maintenance Manager and works in alignment with the Facility Maintenance Lead. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians in the day-to-day operations of maintaining the Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Hutchins, TX. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing the maintenance program for the site throughout the new facility implementation. Once the site is up and running, this role will be responsible for supporting the site Maintenance Manager in managing the day-to-day maintenance activities, including trouble-shooting complex problems, assist with managing third-party facilities management providers, and leading the maintenance team operations. As a trainer, you will own the training for new and experienced warehouse team members, including PIT training, cross training, efficiency coaching, certification and recertification, etc. In all functions, you will partner with building leadership to plan daily and weekly labor needs, ensure we meet our daily operational goals, evaluate and refine existing training programs, build training for new processes and initiatives, monitor and impact training effectiveness, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
